What et will i need to fit my vrs?

Eh? What's et? Extra terrestrial?

I think the standard is et35

Depends on wheels

Width.

Diameter.

Tyre size.

How low you are.

Whether u have or want to carry out arch modifications (rolling/ pulling).

There is alot on here already about wheel fitment if u use the search button.

But if u r wanting to know if certain wheels will fit can u give more info please ;)

Am new to this forum dont know why way around it properly yet and the fronts are 17 7.5j et35 and the rears are 17 30 8.5j

The backs are 17 8.5j et 30 and ftonts are 17 et 35 8.5j

am new to forum a font know my way around it

So which is it m8? Fronts 7.5 or 8.5?

If fronts are 7.5 then they will fit no probs with 185/35.. 195/40 or 205/40 tyres. Rears will fit no probs with 195/40 or 205/40 tyres

If fronts are 8.5 then they will poke more than the rears and wont go under the arches without fettling (rolling/ pulling). Then u wud also have to space out the rears so they wud sit the same or further out ;)

Depends what look your after and if u want them for show or go.

The smaller the tyre the lower u can go + the better it will look (for show)... BUT the ride will be **** on 185/35s (i know i had them on my old wheels lol :D).. so if they were 7.5 front and 8.5 rear i would go 195/40 tyre front + 205/40 tyre rear for a happy medium :)

Yea the fronts are 7.5j sorry and the rears are 8.5j a was just going to go with 195 40s all round a reckon?

And how much wil my standard vrs wheels be worth in black with 4 brand new tyres a month old loads of tread

Ye 195/40s have a tiny stretch on 7.5" (i run them on my 7.5 porsches) and alot of stretch on a 8.5" (i ran them on my old 8.5 BBS's)

So they will fit on both.

If it was me and i was running staggered width wheels i would run staggered width tyres to match (so the amount of stretch is similar front + back) so i would run 205/40s on the rear. Up 2u tho m8. Both will fit ;)

Thank you pal and will i need spacers for the back with the et being 30 and will my wheel nuts out off my standard wheels fit in my new ones with them being 17s?

What wheels u got?

What fitment do u want?

Flush with the arches? Or poke?

If i were u i would fit them 1st and see how they sit before buying spacers ;)

Yea thats what im going to do and the lip of the wheel just outside the arch but the stretch of the tyre to be in the arch (legal)
