Skoda Aa Cover

Featured Replies

Does anyone know if the Skoda AA cover has any limits as to what is covered. I believe its European cover but is your car covered if having modded the car its a modification which fails causing you to be stranded as presumably if its a modified part that fails they wont be able to fix it locally & it will need to be recovered to the UK.

Also can the cover be extended to outside Europe, its rumoured that this years Cannonball is venturing into North Africa (via a ferry trip)

We have a sort of "Gentlemens agreement" to tow any broken down cars back to Europe but Im just worried if its not towable

I think you are threading on very thin ice. Skoda UK doesn't own up to any warranty if the car has been modified (and it is down to your mod friendly dealer to help you out), but the AA cover is regardless of whether you have the car modified or not. The recovery service is with the AA, not Skoda.

Unless someone has the AA policy at hand?

Q.

I know the AA cover me when I fail to put on my headlight cover properly and it works it way into my gearbox cables...

(just wait for the pi55taking from those I've just reminded...)
