We take delivery of our new Octavia III estate this Friday and have found the information on this site very helpful in getting this far, many thanks to all contributers.

I have a 2002 Passat estate at present this has a door trim fitted from new which has saved many a minor scrape in car parks / at the supermarket etc. Does anybody know of a simple kit to fit the Octavia 3 off the shelf, perhaps clip on or similar would like to avoid drilling holes or strange adhesives.

Hi TheWanderer, many thanks just what I needed, I asked the salesguy today he didnt seem sure, see if he comes up with the goods and if not show him this.
