How go you remove the tailgate trim on an Octy hatch?

i can second that i took mine off in the name of curosity at the weekend 10 secs to pull of and im not joking about 50 mins to put back on!!!

My Audi A3 is the other way around - about an hour of finger-pinching torch work to get 2 panels off, and about 5 mins to put back on.

What trim? The rubber trim?
