I had the car jacked up to take the front wheels off the other day and when I put one of them back on while still in the air I gave it a spin by hand and it felt heavy to spin and slowed down quickly.

 

Is this normal? 

 

Really I need someone who knows their brakes are in perfect working condition to comment so I could tell if my brakes are sticking....

 

Just it won't be doing my mpg any good and will wear down the pads quicker if they are

I find the diff quiet tight in our boxes compaired to alot of others,

Hold one wheel on a volvo and you can spin other quiet free but not on my vrs, been like that since i had car and my brakes are spot on
