fabia wind deflector

Featured Replies

has anyone else had problems with these wind deflectors that just clip into the seal on the door, we got a pair fitted to the mrs` monte when new and have been replaced twice already due to coming off when the window is opened,it could be fine for a couple of months then out the pop. the reason she wanted them was so that the rain kept off the side window better as she couldnt see the door mirror when its raining on the motorway, next week its back again this time the seal is to be replaced, hopefully itl last longer, the design is so poor i cant see why skoda ok`d their production. iv told the service manager that as it was bought when the car was new its got 3yr warranty cover, and so we will be in every week if needs be to have replacements, just interested to hear of others` experience of them

You should've bought Team Heko ones and you wouldn't have any trouble with them. OEM ones are rubbish tbh.

I have no experience with OEM deflectors I'm afraid, but I can second the post above. I have team heko deflectors that cost just over £30 for a full set and they have performed faultlessly so far. For that price you may want to consider just getting team heko instead.
