Would anyone be up for a meet in the Bedford/Milton Keynes area? Or anywhere else im open to suggestions, would like to meet some new faces

There are some nice places to meet around The Hub in Milton Keynes.  There is also a pub called Ship Ashore in MK which is very nice and the food is good too.

Well if something gets arranged I may be able to come. It would be good to meet some other skoda people

I have an idea: how about we all meet up in January, when we've got Xmas out of the way and done with?  I can make most evenings except Tuesdays.

Depending on when I'd come down for this. I'm a couple of hours away but would be up for a day trip to MK..

I'd probably be up for this, date dependent. It'd have to be a weekend for me though. I have organised a couple of Buckinghamshire meets a few months back but haven't been able to organise one for a while due to the amount of ****e my life has thrown at me recently

Evening would be good for me as weekends is family time

Right then.  I've made a decision - the Ship Ashore pub in Milton Keynes.  It's very quiet and the food isn't bad either.

How does that sound?  I am proposing a midweek meeting for Thursday or Friday, 16 or 17 January 2014.  It's a nice quiet pub with a nice atmosphere.

A Thursday evening is definately a no go for me. Friday evening is a possible depending on how knackered I am after work.

Can I come too? What about the Caldecotte arms or Broughton pub as these have better parking than the ship ashore?

Let's stick with the Ship Ashore for our first meet, and decide what we do next time.  I'm happy to meet anywhere, but decide to leave it be for our first meet.  See you Friday guys
