:(

There i was ready to purchase the Octavia from D****L C**Y, the one

that i was promised was going to have new brakes, a full service, new MOT, and a valet. So i turned up Sat morning, and was met with a heap! not cleaned, no brakes done, MOT apparently done by his daughter  ,needless to say i was not very happy :( , the salesman then ranted, and i'm not joking there, that all this costs him money and if i was'nt happy i could have my deposit back!, i didn't have to be asked twice! i was out faster than a rat up a drainpipe!.....What a waste of time :( , i have never encountered such abysmal service, i was ready to hand over the best part of 5000 grand, i think i got lucky.

So i'm back in the hunt for an Octy...hopefully with more success! :)

If anybody can point me to a Octy 1.9 tdi let me know

Cheers, Lando

Expensive wheels :D:D

some people are absolutely useless, have you looked through our for sale or wanted section for cars?

At least you were able to walk away with your deposit! I'm always worried if a car is in that state, what else is there on it which they haven't done! Good luck with your search - it's a buyers market at the moment so you should be able to track one down very easily :D

Chris

OMg thats discusting, we really should be able to name and shame properly ;-)

i know where there is an occy tdi pm me for more details mate ;)

sounds more like the salesmen wanted to give you your deposit back because someone else had offered him a higher price for the car
