Yeah they are :)

You will probably need the bushes too, I think the R32 ARB is thicker, also check out your clamps to see if they are the ones with the groove in them.

R32 is 23mm

Rob @ w8 can sort u them

Much roughly these make much difference

Heard alot of guys refer to it as the better 100 quid they spent

Have u a rarb ?

Not yet its on my list am after some tuning mods to go with my ss system filter n stage1 map idealy want a decat

Start with the rear mate

The word from most is once the rear gets to 25mm or more go r32 front

The rear makes it a different car

For r32 arb use 21mm bushes

I can also 2nd that if you have a rarb a front arb is a must as the balance is shocking with the stock one

Anyone recommend a rarb

The r32 farb is 23mm tho

Rarb depends on money

Whitelines r good and w8 does them at 160 iirc

I have the eibach which tucks up and follows line of the rear beam about 200 odd new

Neuspeed are about the same and ate similar to whiteline but dont hang so low

All good mate

How difficult are we talking to think a new front ARB? DRopping subframe hard or..?

Yes VAG use 2mm smaller bushes on every farb

So 19mm bar use 17mm bush

21mm arb use 19mm bush

23mm arb use 21mm bush

How weird.... I just got the superpro 23mm like pete billy n mark said :)

I spoke to rob (W8) he has said the bushes are smaller than 23mm, is it defo 21mm for the 23mm r32 FARB.

Mayb when u ask for say 23 21 etc the holes are already smaller ?

/\ nope

Weird... I got the ones pete billy and bowders said id need

The 23mm super pros

thats whats going on lol

1day

They will fit fine just VAG use 2mm smaller ones for a nice snug fit

Weirdos :D

Don't fit one unless you first fit a RARB as will off set your cars balance too much.

correct Lloyd they are 23mm , if you get superpro , powerflex poly bushes they are 23mm one

Big Jase is talking about OEM ones which as there is a lot more play will crush tightly on a 23mm FARB.

You will have no chance fitting a 23mm FARB to a 21mm poly bush you will never get the clamp over it.....

all has been said.

I liked the Neuspeed 28mm RARB, shame I never used the ABD 32mm one I was sorted to fit lol, but the 28mm RARB and the R32 23mm Front was an awesome setup.

just those things will make the car feel totally different.

yes to fit the FARB its a subframe off/lower job.  make sure you mark the position mate or it is a PITA to get it aligned correctly again and the slightest mm out on the subframe makes the car off.

depending on funds the Whiteline 24mm RARB will be a good match for the 19mm FARB.

billy

I ran a R32 farb for a year with no rear bar on and its not that bad altho it does drive better now i have a eibach 25mm rarb on aswell
