I thought it all came (pardon the pun) directly from the internet

 

I do have a sheet of prices offered by my local CEX (with some hilarious £0.00 trade-in values) so should no-one be interested in taking the whole lot i'll add acceptable pricing for individual items

DVD is modern and so much easier to pause and rewind than VHS ever was   

I remember when it was only viewable on VHS

 

Picture quality was usually horrendous as it had been copied that many times (remember fiddling with the tracking for a clearer picture)

 

Pause, ha yes...they looked like they were doing some kind of weird breakdancing

 

Also the women usually had never seen a razor in their lives

You could always take the lot down to CEX, trade them in against some new PS3 games which retail better on Ebay. It means queing up with the knucle draggers and shoplifters though im afraid.

yeah i did price up the CEX route but it was a little dissapointing tbh

Especially as i wanted cash rather than a new collection of stuff i don't need

I made £600+ by trading in my 300+ dvd's none of them box sets and then buying the latest second hand PS3 / Wii games and then selling them on ebay. Think about it its christmas people are buying used latest games off ebay for average £15 - £20 you could easy get 30 top games for all them dvd's CEX give much better trade in rates than cash. Plus i played most of the games before selling them   win win.
