Mitsumi on O3

Featured Replies

Has anybody on here used an iPod Classic with mitsumi on an O3? I need a new iPod and the new touches/iPhones are all lightning connections which won't work with mitsumi.

I was going to get an iPod Classic with the old 30-pin connection. Plus the fact they are 160gb so I'll be able to get everything on it.

Cheers

Still use my classic with the 30 pin adapter.

If you go for an Apple device with lightning connector then the converter will work, although with the advent of IOS 7 some have said that copy converters will not work/provide full functionality.

If you have a look on Amazon you can still buy the odd Apple product with the 30 pin adapter. Just bought the wife a 16 gb touch that she can plug into the Monte.

Picked up my Octy tonight and will post pics tomorrow.

One question, with the mitsumi is anybody able to control their iPod through the steering wheel for artists albums etc? It works through the bolero but all I can do is skip tracks and turn it up on the steering wheel

And wich cables are compatible with the iphone for audio and video for the mitsumi?
