Engine Management Warning

Featured Replies

I own a 2006 Fabia Vrs.

Yesterday after a frosty start the engine management light came on during normal driving.  The car was at normal operating temperature when this occurred.  There has been no drop in performance or any other issue.

The fault report returned low voltage on the fuel pressure valve, central locking system and a few other systems.

My thinking is that this maybe an indication that the fault lies with the battery, considering the fault started on the first frosty morning of the year and the car is still using the original battery from new.

Any suggestions or similar experiences?

Thanks
