i just payed £6,250 for my 07 plate with 34,000 on the clock!

I have the Special Edition vRs from 2007 with 61k on the clock. I went looking for a new Seat Ibiza 1.2 FSI a couple of weeks ago and the dealer offered me a measly £3800 for the Fabia in part exchange. Told him to shove it!

Surely it's all down to the "cost to change" when trading? My mate 'only' got £3500 for his when he chopped it i but got a fair chunk off the new car. 

SWMBO paid £4200 for her vRS, 05 reg, 40,000 miles, FSH, Jabbasport st1 remap, miltek etc, mint throughout.

Don't think that was out of the way.

I paid 2600 for mine 6 months ago. 110,000 miles,fsh, hid's, weitec coilovers in good condition.

Was it SE tax?

Bought my 53 plate magic black vrs a month ago for £2400, still with the original owner, 100k on the clock, full service history (Freshly serviced the week before), every old mot and tax disk, cruise control, electric sunroof, Bi-xenon Headlights.
