hello guys need a bit a advice please. Are 2013 headlamps the same projector headlamps as 2008 level 3 with just the one bulb?

No, the 2013 projector lights have a h7 dipped projector beam and a h7 reflector type for high in each headlamp.

So with high beam on, you have a total of 4 bulbs on lighting up the road.

Awesome with hid's by the way haha.

Thanks Otaylor38 very helpful as I am disappointed with the single bulb one on the present Fabia level3  though its better with uprated bulb but not as good as the Octy vrs with 4 uprated bulbs.

Yeah. Youll have the single h4 bulbs with a reflector lense?

I think the se and elegance have the best headlights of fhe lot.

I like the look of the monte but the headlights in those apparently arent very good either.
