BMC CDA on a VRS tdi

Featured Replies

Hi all has anyone attempted to fit as the title says? If so do you see any gains and whats the pipe diameters

In a nice way. I wouldn't bother. Get a panel filter. It will look pretty and that's about it.

what panel filter would you recommend as i have the dirty diesel vrs

I was thinking the same, APR Carbonio Intake or the BMC CDA. Don't go for the chavvy looking K&N fiter, quite a few brands are out on market but not sure which ones the best one.

Fit a panel filter for the TDI. I have a Pipercross. for example.

Certainly for the Carbonio you mention, this has been developed of the 2.0T petrol.

BMC don't list the TDI as compatible for the CDA either:

pipecross panel it is then whats the usual pricings on the £50

Somewhere between £30-40 I'd have thought. I got a deal on eBay for mine.

Did you notice any difference with the panel filter? VW Golf APR Carbonio Intake will fit on Skoda, as all VAG 2.0 tdi engines are the same layout.

I think it was for £130?
