Rear wheels are 9j and fronts are 8j

with 205 40 17 tyres all round

I am thinking 185 40 17 on the front

And 195 40 17 on the back

Looking good but preferred it it on the porsche wheels personally.  Maybe a better picture will throw me towards the new wheels thou

Edit:just seen the updated shots think they have thrown me towards the new wheels :)

Get some camber shims on there mate and pull the arch slightly and be fine. Thats how my steels sat before camber.

Are you sure ? Did yours scrub all round ? .

I think the front tyres don't look right myself

Defoe need a bit of stretch to match the back

No just the rears rub on mine and still do abit but are getting pulled soon as i left it to long and ruined the paint on my arches. Camber on the rear made a big difference though. I think 195/40s will be huge stretch on the 9s, personally i wouldn't want to run it but im a wimp lol. Front with 195 will look sweet though i think but its personal preference. I know people with crazy stretch with no issues but i like driving mine hard so run subtle stretch.

Lol How easy is it to camber the back ? . And what's your tyres like ? . My mates fiesta has some serious camber but he goes fro tyres in like 4 month .

I bought 1.5 shims and was just under -3 degrees when checked at tracking. My fronts wear quicker than the rear still the rears just wear more uneven. They took me about 45mins aside, longest part was cutting the shims to fit.

Think I will get some strech first then if I cannot sort it maybe camber a little on the back

Is that a power flow note changing exhaust? Looks amazing

Damn you need major camber for these to be legal or mayjor stretch

  • Author

I would say all the wheels are legal . Only problem am having is on the rays is they rub but abit more stretch should sort that out ;)

The porscha wheels are defo legal no rubbing at all + all the tread of the tyre is under the arch

Perfect

Any updates on your tyres nick? I just stuck 195/45s on my 8.5j 16s it was a right arse.
