Mechanic has had a look at my 07 vrs and said drivers side shock is noisy and play in top mount.

 

So, best option for new shocks? price? and top mounts?

 

aftermarket options on a budget?

Bilstein B6 dampers would make sense to me, in that situation. Obviously you should replace both at the same time.

 

Top mounts I'd just go OEM.
