  • Nice! Makes the lights match the grill, like cars with smoked headlights.

  • We've got the same maps I've not even bothered loading the low torque one as I love the high torque one too much!!! I can't rate faboka high enough either he's a top bloke! Your car is looking lovel

  • last night I added a sticker!!!!!!!!!!   then drove to london. first time using a proper camera(my brothers) didn't come out as well as I hoped but will do another one soon.

Nice start mate! Whats the dyno like to get on down there? Thinking of going myself soon! That evo lives on my estate just round the corner from me, bloke drives like a nutter! Haha

Well was told my torque was around 280 by hayes. high torque map is 310 but looking at the graph it is around 300. Yeah getting quoted 170 and then making 168 is amazingly accurate. Hats off to faboka. Cant wait to get the gauges in I love dial.

I was warned this dyno was the heartbreaker and not letting you think its got more power than you have. Mixed reviews through the 15 of us. A friends scooby rr'd at roger clarke made 290bhp but here made 270. One of me mates convinced the man doing the rr to change mine to at the wheel not the fly so when my figures first showed i was deeply dissapointed only to smile after he switched it back

Had swmbo's previous vRS on 2 separate RR's, as a standard car made 150 and 153 bhp with no mods (an '06' red so a BLT engine?)

Each of the guys who ran them on the RR said that these engines always make 150 with no mods, so a gentle remap later it was on jus over 170bhp.

If you take the 130 moniker as read, and if you hadn't paid attention to or had a RR session, you think you've gained 40bhp, whereas the reality was 20bhp, albeit, as said, it was a very gentle map

very true. Need a before and after really. But Im happy with the difference between when I brought it and when I mapped it so all is well
