Went to St. Omer for the day yesterday taking advantage or the Eurotunnel £23.00 Day Return offer, the Monte performed excellently was comfortable and easily kept up with the flow of traffic. I was pleased that it returned an average of 46 mpg over UK A Roads and Motorways, French N Roads and Autoroutes and although still running it in it felt comfortable at an indicated 80 mph in France.

 

No issues with pulling to one side (Has Dunlop Tyres fitted) the Sat Nav worked well and the dipped beam also wasn't a problem (although I still haven't used it in the dead of night on unlit country roads yet).

 

All in all very pleased so far

I've just made the 545 mile journey from Bilbao to our home in Andalucia Spain.  Thank goodness for cruise control which was used for the major part of the journey.  We took 10 and a half hours which included a few comfort stops and averaged 41mpg.  I was very happy with that as we had a roof box on top and kept 120 - 125 kph showing on the Maxidot display. The car was very comfortable and the journey was not in the least tiring.
