Motorway Cops last night 01/12

Featured Replies

Near the end of the show that started at midnight last night.

Birmingham

The bird brain that lent his Octavia vRS to his drunken mate, sat alongside him for some inexplicable reason, and then  let the  dead brain give the rozzers the run around initially, before finally being 'stung'and driving into a cul de sac to get themselves both nicked.

Please assure me this isn't someone from in here?

Apologies if this has been posted before as this was probably a repeat. They always are!

I saw it. Seems abit thick. Didnt think it was a vrs tho?

Was it a silver octavia VRS drive by a couple of foreign blokes?

Repeat is a loose term.

I first saw this episode almost four years ago!

Was hard to tell, but possibly yes.

Defo a mk2 and I thought it was a vRS, but really doesn't matter in essence. He was driving like a complete and utter tool

The cop car couldn't keep up with it the first time it was spotted, and they lost sight the 2nd time several hours later too.

I  missed it.

The rozzers were initially convinced it must have been stolen by the erratic way and high speed that it was being driven, and were amazed when they discovered it wasn't and that the owner was actually the front seat passenger .

It was on again last night lol

This is one of the reasons I'm binning virgin media when the 12 month contract is up next March.

Nearly everything on there is just a repeat.

Hadn't actually seen that particular episode before though.

Luv the rozzer programmes though, especially when they catch the trashy scumbags and you hear their bleating s and ranting's of innocence. :D

"only just bought the car" must be the most overused expression of all time.

Can't remember which channel it was on now.

Was it Sky2?

Think it was on watch. The thing is with channels like watch, pickTV and dave for example is there mostly repeats.

I saw that episode a while ago

It was, I remember now.

I'll miss it for first time viewing such as that, and Nat Geo, and Wheeler Dealers, (hardly any I've not seen now) but for just those and a couple of others, I really cannot justify the cost after March.

Shame you can't pick and choose exactly what you want and not want.

  • 9 months later...

I recalled seeing this thread at some point and today I finally by chance saw the episode. With the magic of my mobile phone and sat directly in front of the TV, I recorded the relevant bits.

Was an Octy vRS

Owner doesn't sound foreign to me unless a yam yam counts?

The driving and dangerous stuff aside, I did laugh that he lost the police, then lost them again later on in the night even after going over a stinger. Only caught him as he went down a dead end street. The excuses were the E60 unmarked Police car was too heavy..... and it was only designed for motorways..........

I know the one you mean fubar he does them over twice and its not even stolen lol

I thought the coppers were foreign , but they're from Birmingham or Dudley!  :peek:   :notme:  :D

May I ask; do they get sub-titled? I do have a reason for asking this.

I actually happened across the repeat of that show yesterday on Dave  :D

And was watching thinking  hhmmm.... I wonder does anyone on here own it even now, or did it get crushed....

I really cant figure out out  - beyond the coppers not wanting to break their car - why they really had no hope of catching that Octy, unless it had been very mapped!!
