Has anyone picked one up? Any observations/comments?

My tool supplies are starting to thin out / wear out / break, so I have ordered one of these to collect from my local store this evening.  I hope it will be nice.    It does sound like it contains most things I would use.

My mate has the 170 piece kit, used it to swap engines, do a fair amount of work on his motorbike etc and he swears by them, he has broken the odd piece (1 or 2 over a couple of years) over the time he has had it but returned them for a new one without problems. 

I bought one this afternoon via Buy and Collect. The in store price was £99 had i not ordered online. Both of my sons have this or a similar set and are very pleased with the tools.

Most of them look like they have very good discounts on them.

My firm bought 32 of them for all the fitters in my wokplace. Have been pretty robust so far, bits getting lost rather than broken

Iv had a halfords profesional socket set for a couple of years now, its bloody good! The only thing that broke is one of the hinges on the box but im a carpenter and it bounces around in the back of the van. They seem to do the deals around christmas which makes them a great deal

Nor me. I'm hiding it from myself (and SWMBO) in the garage. But I don't need to because it is for my cars not me...
