Delphi discs and pads

Featured Replies

Lo.

My VRS estate had new delphi pads and discs fitted before I purchased it. No idea if these are any good but the car does stop fairly well. It has the horrendous squeaking and mooing noise when reversing which I've read on here is a pretty common issue. Does anyone know if the standard issue delphi pads would come 'chamfered'?

I also noticed today when I had the front passengers window down I could here a noise coming from 'a' wheel like it was obviously rubbing that got faster as I took up speed (forward motion :) ). Could this also be the calliper then? Finger in the air...

I have Dephi discs (all 4 wheels) for 4 yeas and they are very good.Wear is minimal and even, contact surface is shiny and uniform ,I have no problem with squeal, and no brake judder.Stopping power is great too.

I highly recommend them.

BTW I'm using it with foredo premier pads.
