I know this has been posted before but i can't get my head round it  :D

 

I have a VRS TDI Pre-Facelift, in the boot it says on the sticker 1Z3.

 

I think i want to get Brembo discs but i cant find out which ones to get on ECP.  Has anyone ever found the right ones on there?

Hope you don't mind me commenting, But I have seen some recent posts on Facebook relating to shoddy craftsman-ship with Brembo disks. Some people  even suspecting there are fakes being supplied to motor factors.

Personally I have used MTEC disks and Redstuff pads and have found them to be excellent.

 

Also IIRC, the rear disks can come in 2 size variants, so it is worthwhile getting outside with a ruler and double checking before ordering

Fronts will be 312mm.

 

Rears check PR code on service book option code sticker or sticker in boot. Most likely rear is 286mm.   

 

Or take a wheel off and measure.
