Signs on dashboard

Featured Replies

Hi Everybody,

Hopefully i am not making double post, i used search but with no success and i also studied the owners manual for 2 days without any success.

I have 3 signs on my dashboard which meaning i do not understand, they appear as i start the car and dissapear soon after. 3 small identical signs right under the outside temperature (see the 2 pics).

Can somebody enlighten mee about them? For me they look like 3 small seat signs and they are the same if only i sit in the car or there are more people in the car.

Same on my car, they light up momentarily whilst the car does its start up/diagnostics routine. It's for the seatbelts.

They are to show you if rear seat passengers have their seat belts plugged in or not

It shows the 3 rear seatbelt status.

Echo? :D

And now we'll take it off topic and claim that Skoda seatbelt warning lights are somehow no good.

No, you need winter tyres, mudflaps, lane assist and traffic sign recognition

Welcome, and a Happy New Year (a couple of days early)

Can this (excellent feature) be turned off through VCDS?

Seatbelt warning can be, don't know if it does the rears. Haven't tried on the O3 as it is less annoying than the O2 where the message came up on Maxidot as soon as you started the engine.

I thought I'd seen that setting in infotainment.
