Sorry your right :giggle:

Woukd like to see what the metal grey looks like in the flesh. Could be quite nice...

Is it me or does metal grey look a bit greenie ?

Metal grey has been available for a while. The moon white sounds interesting though.

The Greenline seems like a no brainer if you were considering a 1.6SE - £500 extra but 5 BHP more and better performance as well as mpg.

ARGH!!! Why did they have to do this?

Now I am really thinking if I can still change mine to moon white. Found something in the forum suggesting that it is like the Audi Glacier White which if memory serves correctly is seriously nice.

Views?

6 speed gearbox also compared to 5 speed for non-Greenline 1.6 diesels.

An extra £525 for shiny white???  Wouldn't be me.  Seriously expensive.

Not to forget the HB having just gone up £320 plus you've now gotta pay for the next 3 years servicing, thats gotta be a grand of anybodies hard earned.

Just been scouting through this new brochure...I may be way behind here but the few things I noticed was sports suspension with "XDS" now as option on elegance and standard on VRS (XDS being a new addition?), fold flat seat on SE, space saver wheel for 17" and 18" wheels (wasn't it a steel wheel?) and service plan and warranties have gone up (I suppose in line with general increase of range prices). I see the a few things which were standard but no one ever got like reversible boot mat, waste bin have become an option to rake some more cash in. Its been about 6 months since I looked few the brochure so you'll have to excuse me if already been found!!

I thought XDS was on the Vrs already...either way I'm pleased I got in on 30th December...

Yep it's always been standard.

The Moon White and Metal Grey colours were introduced with the Superb facelift - its worth googling a few - both would look good on the VRS IMO.

I'm seriously considering changing my VRS order from brilliant silver with silver stiching to metal grey with red stitching but there aren't many images out there of an Octavia and other images of metal grey either look blueish or slightly green (http://www.skoda.dk/Global/Modeller/Roomster/Farver/Metal_Grey.jpg) or very dark graphite (http://luxlux.net/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/72517/Skoda-Superb-2013_1.jpg).

These are the best real images I can find which shows moon white and metal grey on a Superb, I guess it's one of those colours that changes dramatically depending on the light conditions:

This is the VRS in the Skoda configurator:
