Back in a skoda completely by chance, one of my friends at work mk1 vrs had been through the wars the last couple of weeks, a bus hit his front bumper and took a chip out of it, and then in the high winds he had a tree branch fall through the back window and slightly denting the c pillar, unfortunately due to the value of mk1 now days it was written off, didn't need much just a new back window to get it running, needs a bit of tlc bodywork wise but mechanically it's spot on done 63k from new with a new clutch last year vr6 single mass jobbie, and has quite a few goodies on it, any who some pictures,

How the poor octy started out

Bus impact

After a couple of days cleaning up all the glass inside, which got everywhere I've fitted a new tailgate and rear bumper, even going to keep the 1.6 badge for a giggle,

Got my pro race 3s back that I used to own as they fit over the brembos without spacers :)

312mm brembos :)

Done a few bits like remove the sai pump, with my forge blanking plate I had from a previous car, and also deleted the n249, n112 etc and resistored them, runs really well has a stage 1 map on it too,

Also fitted a jabbasport induction kit and relocated the relay box off the firewall, so much room down the side of the engine now :),

I like A/C. means I can keep the windows shut and be cool in the summer, windows open = snotty nose and sore eyes from pollen, I would never have a cabriolet either!

Ever wondered why cabriolet cars have A/C and a removable roof?  I bet people use A/C when the roof is down too!
