i have a  2 din stereo i use and  just had to fit it in so i made this with a little from my nephew who made a good colour paint match

 

made out of mdf  

had to remove the astray  and fag lighter and a bit of plastic  fo fit it in 

 

Excellent.. That is kosher as Christmas.

fhe frame is much too big.

it looks ugly.

frame had to be made like that to make it sit right . the standard hole is not deep enough to fit it in and would look even stranger if i didn't make it that way   and it was easer  and can be  removed to refit std parts back in so minimum damage was done

I like the touch of yellow to fit in with the Fun scheme too.

I like this too I know one would fit..... I had this idea as got a 3k subs to fit to mine...

Nice mate, the only problem that i see that its a little lowwer then my liking but the modern dashboards make it impossible to fit it in a higher position.

 

That is why i love my favorit,  i have a similar setup but with a single din at the normal position and an 8(or 7 i forgot) inch monitor instead of the  air vents. worked out really great and kinda looks like it came fresh from the factory hehe xD
