Cover for the centre of a steel rim

Featured Replies

Finally took ownership of my new 1.9 L&K  estate yesterday - so far really pleased with it. The winter steel rims are on, so its lost some of its sex appeal ;) but its all good. I'm not sure of the correct terminology, but I've seen people refer to options for covering up the centre of the rims... the bit where the bolts are?

Any advice on how, what and where I can get such a part would be great.

Thanks as always,

Si

Sorry to hijack the thread but I wondered if those Caddy centre caps would fit wheels such as the ones in this thread?

If not, any suggestions?

Not a chance they'd fit.  For those Audi alloys you can use the usual bolt covers and the Audi centre caps that are already on them.

I've just had a look on Ebay and seen these.

Would something similar be suitable for the Audi wheels?

They're for the newer style wheels on newer Audis than your wheels came off, and I doubt they'll fit your wheels.  What's wrong with the centre caps that are already on them?

Nothing really but you know what they say about a change being as good as a rest!  ;)
