Hey guys, just a quick question I'm going down the road of stage one on my vrs estate, looking at remaps. Got a revo dealer local to me in hull. I've found a seat leon cupra 1.8t stage one revo ecu for sale.

Do all vag 1.8t ecu's fit each other or are they certain ecu's for matching engine codes?

The ECU cannot be simply swapped, this is because the ECU and instrument cluster must be paired before the immobiliser will allow the engine to start. The ECU's are not interchangeable because there are many different variants of the 1.8T.
