Hello everyone, just a quick introduction!

 

My name is Alistair. Originally from Glasgow in Scotland, now living in Denny and working in Fife at a Vauxhall breakers.

 

I currently drive a Volvo V50 D5 and (not so much at the moment) a Triumph Daytona 675. The reason for joining is that we have a sprog on the way and she drives a fiat 500... :'( Looking to get a nice wee MK1 Fabia VRS (preferably with a leather interior as the white cloth interior would get wrecked where I work) for me so she can take the Volvo.

 

I have a 2002 Audi S3 sitting, trying depsperately to sell so I can get a nice VRS.

Thought i'd join to get honest opinions on them, what to look for, what optional extras to try and get etc etc.

 

Need a diesel as I commute to work every day and have had a string of previous cars. Corsa C (urgh), Astra H 1.9CDTi 150, EP3 Type R, A3 2.0 TDi (had it running to 240BHP!), 8L S3 and now my V50.
