Rear wiper not wiping properly

Featured Replies

Does anyone know the part number for the rear wiper arm or if it is same

As a golf mk4 wiper. My old arm was broken so I changed it for a new one I had in the garage left over from my golf. They look identical but to me the arm is not cranked enough to allow the blade to stay in contact when it is vertical. I suppose it's possible that the one I took off was also wrong?

Just a thought is it an estate?

Will empty out my box or email your address to matthewluton at gmail.com

On the Estate, the only wiper blades that work for me are genuine Skoda garage parts. Others I have tried skip at the top after a while due to glass curvature and hardening of the rubber on the blade. Try a new Skoda blade first.

It's a good shout but it looks to me like the arm is fouling on the blade in the vertical position which led me to think its the wrong arm?

Any luck with the arm. Think the wiper blade had seen better days.
