I can confirm that this is possible without memory seats

 

You will need a new door controller and a memory motor

 

Door Controller 1T0 959 702S Z0L

 

Memory Motor 4E0 959 577C

Tick the box in BCM mirror down

That is a Chinese part number, so have no idea. Probably will work if it is advertised as a memory motor

Thanks Eddie. Would you know the pin assignments for where the wire needs to be connected from mirror Motor to window module? Will I need a new plug for this to go into the mirror motor?
