Rubber car mats

Featured Replies

Im looking on amazon and ebay for some rubber car mats to fit my skoda. I had some universal non skoda ones in my mk1 but ive had to cut them down to fit my mk2. Although now when they get wet the water finds its way onto the carpet underneath which doesn't dry out. I wanted to find some mats that fit and that hold water on them can anyone help please?

pay the postage and you can have a set i have from my old mk2 genuine ones no use to me.

Paypal will be fine, the drivers is a tad used nothing major the rears have never been used and the passenger is like new, i can grab some pics for you.

I got some universal ones from Halfords.

The pictures on their site are not that good but I think they were these

http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductMobileDisplay?catalogId=10151&storeId=10001&productId=905117&categoryId=165494&langId=-1

They are rubber with a carpet insert that covers the bottom section. I had to cut the drivers side one so it would fit by cutting some out where the pedals are, but they protect my 'proper' mats and clean up well. Had them for 15 months now.

i got mine from dennis horton The skoda shop....think full set original rubber octavia including postage was about £40 delivered. i rung them up & ordered them over phone.rally helpful & very quick delivery

I will take your rubber ones if Dab does not want them, and of course happy to pay postage.

I had one of these brand new in 1998, moondust silver with the 1.7 Yamaha Zetec engine, a fab car.

I sold it just as the rear wheel arches started to rot. I've yet to see a Puma without rusty rear arches!

i got if for the misses after we had an our 09 I10 pinched, It is as you say a fab car, moondust silver 2002 1.7 thunder. 62K with a tiny bit of bubbling on the arches, its going in the bodyshop when our 1st kid arrives for a bit of tarting up.

I have my eye on keeping this as it may well become an appreciating classic, much like my old capri i let go for sod all 15 years ago which now command good money even for ropey ones!
