Anybody had a decat with standard system? Hows it sound?

More whistle at low revs a very slight rumble(I mean hardly even noticeable) but nothing other than that.

 

 

 

Feels like it pulls a little harder though.

Yeah thats fine dont want it loud just this whistle and little lease of power

i will be cutting the mid box open, removing the guts and welding shut for the time being... spent to much in the week ive had the car to go get an exhaust right now lol

 

should make a nice enough noise for now lol

This is mine with a toyosports decat. no other mods yet.

I only fitted one for test purposes, it suits me fine as it's standard quiet. Didn't help the testing mind you lol  

You can hear the turbo a little bit more from behind, maybe a slightly more aggressive rumble and I noticed quite a change in the pickup. My car is happier at lower revs uphills with the decat.
