Part number 1U0 867 689B - no idea on worth as can't find any for sale elsewhere apart from for 29 euros in Germany with unknown postage,

 

Pretty sure this is only for hatchback, but might work on estate but depends on type of parcel shelf I think??

No idea.  But as fabia parcel shelf about 50% thinner front to back than an octy one. I would suspect it would be too big.
