How can I determine how many km ran the superb really?

For example the former owner, "screw back" rewrite the odometer, is there a way to determine it which was the original?

Is there a secret register which can't be overwrite?

I don't know about a 'Secret Register' but, look at the rest of the car -

 

Are the foot pedal rubbers worn ?

What are the carpets like ?

Is the steering wheel VERY shiny ?

Is there any rust taking hold ?

Get someone to to do an autoscan with the full VCDS, it will read the engine ECU which records the actual mileage (in KMS) which is a different mechanism from the dash cluster. There maybe a slight difference when converted to miles, but it should not be thousands out.

The foot pedal rubbers is not worn, Carpets, some places lightly stained, (usually the outer part of the seats by rain when open the doors) the steering wheel and gearshift and hand-brake lever are in good condition. No rust at all on the body.

The car comes from an official dealer, I bought it second-hand, but I'm "paranoid". :-)

I believe it, if I see(if possible), if the mileage is correct.
