If it wad a inch short or inch narrower or inch thinner it would have fitted nicely.

But I think ita just that bit big. As the piping will need the bumper cutting. And I dont fancy that.

Ill need to cut the crashbar to. But I can soon replate that and weld strength back into it

Im in a half mind to buy the 90 degree elbow reducer toput on the ns and see if it will lign up wirh the pass through or not. Or just put it for sale and look for a slightly smaller one lol

It will fit m8.. i had to modify the back of my bumper + lost the drivers fog light but you cant see any of the modified bits once its on + i just mounted my short private plate over the drivers fog surround lol so no1 can even tell lol

On seat sport style ones theres still cutting of the bumper involved and other stuff on some kits so its not out of the ordinary to start chopping stuff up.

ebay m8. Its a Toyosport cooler i cant remember the size but it was the biggest one with 57mm outlets..

My figuring behind using an evo intercooler. Besides it being a bargain. A standart evo has 270ish (?? ) bhp so ive figured this will do for me as a cheap alternative

I got my MAP sensor pipe from Forge.. they do 2 diff lengths n there 60mm diameter.. think mine cost £37 delivered (with trade discount )

Think im gonna adapt front crash bar.

Alter inside of bumper (cut them blocks behind number plate back)

Space out my modified crash bar.

then get a sledgehammer amd gently mount cooler.

I AM NOT getting rid of my AC! Owned a black car without ac or sun roof before . Not fun in summer !

You can move your rad and ac rad back abit so I have been told.
