Hi,

Has anyone seen a mk 2 Vrs with the nexus sat-nav installed but with standard a/c only ? I'm retrofitting and the stereo surround is different between the stream and nexus. Is a different surround available ?

There is one available, but only in black. I had to fit one when I installed my RCD 310 DAB h/u.

I actually prefer the black finish to the silver.

I'll see if I can dig out a part no.

That's for the Stream, the Nexus/Columbus h/u is narrower so you need a different surround.

Unfortunately Superskoda have used their own part no for it, and it's v.expensive from there so I wouldn't recommend buying, your local dealer should be able to get it for you if they can find it. Should cost less than a tenner from a dealer.

Right ordered it off there ! Now have the nexus , parrot with adaptor cable , ipod cable (replacing the multi changer and finally the surround. Just need to book her into Skoda as I don't have the code.
