just bought a pair of these and the 1 has no bracket holding the ballest the seller said there aint enough room for it to go on the rear of the headlight and it locates on the radiator is this correct and 1 got any pictures of the rear of their xenons?

Yes correct, goes under the slam panel on the drivers side (iirc) because there is no room for it on the headlight. Feel under the slam panel you'll see the recess.
