Yes, If the day is cancelled, everyone who has paid will receive a refund. 

If you can get people to start ringing up to pay now that would be great. 

We normally find the sooner one person pays, the sooner it gets the ball rolling  

For obvious reasons we'd rather have the day go ahead than cancel.
