Group Buy Brake pads *FEELER*

Featured Replies

Guys, I am in a position to offer a very competitive price on PERFORMANCE BRAKE PADS, at this point I would like to gauge interest in who is interested in buying pads for their car.

Please list below your car make and model, pads you would want, i.e Mintex, EBC or Ferodo for example, if possible add the part number too, this would make things really easy

For example, Ferodo DS3000's for the Brembo Leon Cupra R callipers would be:

Brembo DS3000 pads FCP1348R  the equivalent in EBC Yellow stuff is EBC Yellow Stuff DP41140/2R

If enough interest is gained a payment date will be set and delivery will be two days after that direct to your door.

Feel free to register your interest below.

**UPDATE**

Spoken to my supplier this morning and he informs me that he has a dedicated supplier base and only stocks the following;

FERODO

MINTEX

PAGID

AP RACING

FUCHS TITAN RACE OIL

PIAA

WE NEED TEN CUSTOMERS TO ACHIEVE THE BEST PRICE, delivered direct to your door.

Could be good. Depending on price

Mk1 Fabia Vrs, running Octy Vrs brakes 312 front 256 rear

Tarox corsa front Product Code : SP0744-S.114

Tarox corsa rear Product Code : SP0305.114

Thanks

Mintex MBD1873M1155

Carbone Lorraine RC5+ for 986 Boxster 2.5/2.7 up to 2004 (possibly 4050T18,5)

Might be interested in a set of Mintex MDB2041 M1144 or M1155.

Depends if anyone has good experience of using these? Are they a good upgrade for the Octy Mk1?

Those asking for Mintex 1144-1155's have you ever considered the F2's?  They are a modern version of 1144's, we had them in an Evo 7 for rallying and they were very good.

Just saying like   ;)

No idea. Any more info?

Agreed, I'm just after something to replace the rather dire pads I have. James, you saw what I did to them at Oulton.

Having said that, I don't need to go as far as DS2500s, as the cost of those is prohibitive for me.

So any info on alternatives is appreciated.

EBC Yellow stuff maybe?

Take a look on the Mintex website and you should find them, read the reviews, as I say, we had them on an Evo rally car and they worked well, the set up was F4's on the front and F2's on the rears so the handbrake had a better bite, F2 is softer then F4.

Sorry Dark Hero, can't supply Tarox pads, so can not quote.

No worries James.

Just found your edited first post.

Is there a pagid equivalent of yellow stuff/ ds2500?

I'd need something that's good for daily driving and will survive the odd track session/ day

Price dependant could be interested in DS2500 for FL VRS octavia

I will send out for a quote on Monday, from what I have seen so far prices being offered are very comparable to Camskill, might not be the deal of a lifetime as I was first made to believe.

I will get a quote on Monday

@Dark_Hero   I am sure a Pagid alternative will exist, I will find out what they are.
