What is this bit called?

Hi guys,

whilst changing door, I managed to break the white plastic thingy that the door knob goes into, also the long rod from the lock itself, seems to be weighted as well. it sits under the door knob..........what is this called, and is it main dealer only ? Also how does it remove from door?
