I've looked at the various threads on this subject but none of them advise on the width and depth of the slot required, looking to buy ready made and the options look like: -

Slot size - 18 mm wide x 15 mm deep

Slot size - 8 mm wide x 10 mm deep

 

Or you can tell them what size you need.

 

Can any kind person save me a 15-minute walk to the garage and lying on the floor with a measuring stick and suggest what size slot (No sexual pun intended) I need for a 2013 Fabia Monte Carlo please.

Thanks Chris, I thought I might of needed deeper than 10mm but was sure that I didn't need it 18mm wide!
