Water Jet Not Working Properly

Featured Replies

The front driver side is not squirting fully. I thought I might have had put to much windscreen wash fluid into the water bottle so I emptied it nearly and just topped it up with water but still not working correctly. I have checked for leaks.

Pull the pipe off the jet + see if it works. Probably a blocked jet that just needs cleaning out with a pin + blowing out

I was just about to post something as I am having the same issue, the driver side one sprays but not as well as the passenger side. I'll check the hose is on properly and if it is I'll just replace the jet seeing as they are so cheap :)

even cheaper from a main dealer

Blow down it with air line..... cheaper still

I've just had a closer look at mine, the hoses are on properly but one of the nozzles appears to be missing the little plastic nozzle with the hole in it so the screen wash just floods the screen from that one whilst the other only sprays a small amount through the nozzle. Is the correct part number 3B0955985 and cheaply obtained from a main dealer?

Ps. OP I don't mean to hijack your thread, I just thought it'd be pointless making a new thread for such a similar issue.
