is's been a good 6 years i have my fabia .... and i think its time i need to change the stock parts that come with the car

can some one help me when what type of new parts i can add to my car

i would need to change the stock shockAbsorber of the car ( need help with that in selecting one )

any one can throw any more info and help on what more i can change

i live in India so im not sure if i will be able to procure the parts easily but i;ll try my best
