This is an original VW/Skoda 1Z0035729B Bluetooth module that is in full, working order and was recently installed in my 2007 Octavia vRS. It fully integrates with the Columbus and also with the MFD/Maxidot (I believe this BT module is the most recent one available that works with the Maxidot on pre-FL Octavias). When used in conjunction with a Columbus and a suitable microphone it also allows full hands-free usage (voice dialling, etc). It works with the iPhone 5 (including phonebook access) and whereas I've not tried it with a 5s/5c, I believe it should work with either...although please confirm this yourself if it's important to you.

It does NOT include a microphone or any wiring.
