Indicator light stays lit on dash when lights on ?

When I have the lights on, the left indicator light on the dashboard is permanently lit.  Could it be to do with the car's earth?
The car is a low mileage 2010 model.

Anyone know where the 'Earth' is on an Octy 2 ?
