Sonax Brilliant Shine Detailler

Featured Replies

So can this be used as a sealant replacement to an extent? like I can poorboys black hole then use this afterwards as opposed to wax/sealant?

Thanks

It can be yes..It is a sealant after all

I would apply every Month to keep on top of it

The whole car can be done in less than 10 minutes

Re the 'feel' factor, could you put, say, Aquawax on top of BSD?

You can but why would you?

Thanks Chris. Just building up my 'to buy' list ready for payday.

What's the ease of use like for the sonax?

It couldn't get any easier.... That's how easy :p

Yeah, really is fab stuff.

I'm a little surprised that CYC still has stock.

Its last order must have been a bigun!

You can but why would you?

As I said, to regain the smooth 'feel' factor that some mention is lost when using bsd. My paintwork feels great after applying AGAW. If a spray wax wouldn't detract from BSD's shine/beading properties, it might be a way to get the best of both worlds.

I know what you're getting at but surely the BSD beads so well because it's on the top??

Covering it would be pretty pointless I'd have thought.

Spot on..........LOL....Exactly my point Mike :wall:  ;)

It's just gone on my list

Again, this is why I said 'If a spray wax wouldn't detract from BSD's shine/beading properties, it might be a way to get the best of both worlds.' I wouldn't know, I've never used the stuff, that's why I'm asking questions about it.
