Map sensor

Featured Replies

Hello,

changed to the map sensor today with great annoyance ahhhrrrrrr! Car is now running like Bombay budget hire car....! I wish Skoda was simply clever in 2003 when they decided to put the map sensor in the most stupid bloody place imaginable.

Does anyone know what the name of the plastic section is called, the section the map sensor plugs into? Please.. :wall:  :@  :@  :@

The plastic part it plugs into would be the intercooler.

Remove the headlight, gives loads of extra room

Yer, £15.00 eBay map sensor = 1 week of no turbo boost.... Replaced with £61.00 map sensor from a Skoda dealership = car pulling like a train or dung off a shovel.
