vRS rear caliper strip

i know these are meant to be a part that you replace entireley however i also know that they can be stripped completely for powder coating. I need the handbrake actuator out, has anyone on here done this and can you tell me how?

I know it's held in place with a circlip and will need pressed back in with new seals but my circlip pliers won't get anywhere near it.

I have a mate at the Skoda dealership and he took them in to his gaffer as a favour and he told me that they couldn't do them, they don't have the tool and would normally just send them away as an exchange.

I've seen it done by someone on a Golf forum and know that JJ at R-Tek in Liverpool can do them but i'm unable to get in touch with him. Can anyone help?
